DoD Logistics & Readiness Software Platform - Long Term Project
Lead program execution for DoD logistics platform development. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure delivery milestones are met within FAR/DFARS compliance requirements.
Define product vision and roadmap for logistics and readiness platform. Gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with mission objectives and user needs.
Design secure, scalable architecture for Azure Government IL4/IL5 platform. Integrate with Entra ID GCC High, implement network segmentation, and ensure CUI protection compliance.
Develop secure backend services, APIs, and workflows for logistics platform. Build data ingestion pipelines with validation and lineage tracking. Implement categorization engine and redistribution workflows.
Build responsive, secure dashboards and user interfaces for readiness analytics, master scheduling, and vendor capability comparison. Integrate with Microsoft Graph API in GCC High environment.
Design and implement data ingestion pipelines for multi-unit logistics and inventory data. Build ETL processes with validation, lineage tracking, and analytics support for readiness dashboards.
Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure Government. Implement SAST, SCA, DAST, secrets scanning, and container image scanning. Generate SBOMs and implement image signing with SLSA alignment.
Lead NIST SP 800-171 Rev.3 implementation across all 17 control families. Create SSP, POA&M, IR plan, and access policies. Support DFARS 7012 incident reporting and CMMC Level 2 readiness.
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, regression, performance, and security testing. Build automated test frameworks for CI/CD integration.
Design intuitive user experiences for logistics dashboards, readiness analytics, and vendor procurement portals. Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems compliant with 508 accessibility standards.
Create comprehensive technical documentation including SSP, POA&M, user guides, API documentation, and compliance artifacts. Support ATO preparation and external assessment activities.
